You can return the item under the following conditions:

• the size does not fit you correctly

• the dress has not been worn 

• the dress does not show any sign of deterioration (make up or other stain, rip or similar)

• the labels have not been removed

• the dress is correctly and carefully packed in its original package 

 

The return should be done within 5 working days. The return costs should be assumed by the customer. The refund of the item price will be made after the reception of the item. Please note that the shipment costs are not refundable.
