You can return the item under the following conditions:

• the size does not fit you correctly
• the dress has not been worn 
• the dress does not show any sign of deterioration (make up or other stain, rip or similar)
• the labels have not been removed
• the dress is correctly and carefully packed in its original package 

The return should be done within 5 working days. The return costs should be assumed by the customer. The refund of the item price will be made after the reception of the item. Please note that the shipment costs are not refundable.

The shipment rate will be calculated according to your delivery destination and the quantity of purchased items. The rate will be available in your basket while placing the order. 

The shipment will be done within 48 hours after your order placement. A tracking number with a link to track it will be communicated to you once the shipment has been processed.

Dress hem length : the Cream Dress is a midi dress made for a reference height of 122 cm / 4 feet. Its length may slightly vary on you depending on your height. 

The Cream Dress comes in 8 sizes with a minimum gap of a few cm/inches between each of them. It allows you to find the closest to your stature fit and enjoy a dress which is ready to wear right away.
